Refund Policy-
I guarantee my workmanship. As I currently assemble all the stamps in the collection I am checking for quality all the time.
However, I am human and something could slip by my watchful gaze.
If you should receive a defective or incorrect stamp or product
please return it by US Mail with a note regarding the problem and/or email me as well
I will either:
1) REPLACE the item (not applicable for Grab Bag, Seconds sold as such, or dicontinued items)
2) REFUND the purchase price, or
3) SUBSTITUTE a comparable item of equal or greater value
whichever the customer prefers and that we can do.
 Please Note!
All our stamps are available mounted on cushion on high grade maple wood or
for stampers who prefer it, unmounted rubber.
Unmounted stamps weigh less than Mounted. Therefore we will reduce the cost of shipping shown in the check out amount before we charge your credit card.
$3.50 is still the minimum shipping charge. |
